Calculators
One of the most common testosterone esters in both cycles and TRT. Its half-life keeps levels fairly stable on a weekly injection schedule.
A mid-speed ester: it peaks roughly 24-48 hours after injection, then declines gradually. Typically dosed once every 5-7 days.

How often should you inject testosterone enanthate?
Most commonly once every 5-7 days. Splitting the same weekly dose into smaller, more frequent injections (e.g. every other day) smooths out the peaks and troughs even further.
How long until testosterone enanthate clears the body?
Full clearance takes several half-lives back to back — typically around 4-5 weeks after the last injection, based on the reference half-life used here.
